Good questions

FAQ

Honestly, frustration. Every other electrolyte drink either upset our stomachs or left us thirstier than when we started because so many pass off excess salt and sugar as "isotonic" and somehow good for you. We got tired of it and built a cleaner version. One we feel good drinking every day, and one we're happy to hand our kids too.
We're built on both coconut water and prickly pear two of nature's most electrolyte-dense foods. Electrolytes come from the ingredients themselves: potassium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride straight from the source. We add only sea salt for balanced sodium. No synthetic mineral packs, no citrates, no artificial anything.
Coconut water and prickly pear together provide potassium, magnesium, sodium, and chloride naturally. Coconut water is naturally lower in sodium, so we add sea salt to complete the profile. That's the full electrolyte story nothing from a lab.
Coconut water is naturally sweet on its own. We added a small amount of monk fruit for a clean finish. No sucralose, no stevia, no erythritol, no sugar alcohols, no added cane sugar. Monk fruit is derived from a real fruit and has no sugar spike. Just enough to complement the natural sweetness already there.
No sucralose, no stevia, no erythritol or sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners, no added cane sugar, no dextrose, no citrates, no artificial dyes, no synthetic vitamins, no caffeine. If it's weird or lab-made, it's not here.
It's caffeine-free with no artificial ingredients. We built Athleton as the drink we want in our own kids' hands which is the whole reason it exists. If you have specific concerns, always check with your pediatrician.
